Introduction to a swim team style workout for children and youth. The goals of this program are to provide an hour-long conditioning workout with little emphasis on stroke instruction and more emphasis on speed, endurance, power and internal competition.
This program is ideal for students waiting to take awards with age pre-requisites and to give an enjoyable introduction to students who may want to join a school or competitive swim team in the future. It is always an open option to students as a supplement to keep active healthy and fit on top of their regular lessons.
