By covering SWIMMER levels 2, 3 and 4, this program helps kid’s already comfortable performing basic front and back crawls unassisted in deep water. In this program, your child will improve their front and back crawl, learn the primary technique for breaststroke, and work on their endurance. Your child will also learn basic aquatic entries like a standing dive and gain safety skills in-line with the Lifesaving Society’s Swim to Survive program.

In general, intermediate swimmers will be learning front crawl with side breathing, back crawl, and the basics of breaststroke.
Yes. Level 2 is usually the most difficult one, as the swimmer must start swimming independently front crawl with side breathing.
